Delete your TareasGo account

1. How to request deletion

To delete your TareasGo account and associated data, send a request from your account's email address to infotareasgo@gmail.com "Delete my account". We'll verify your identity and process the request.

If you have the app installed, you can also email us at that same address indicating your account email.

2. What data is deleted

• Account data: name, email address, avatar and preferences.
• Content you created: personal spaces, boards, tasks and comments you own.
• Device tokens for push notifications.

3. What data may be retained and for how long

• Content shared in organizations or spaces owned by others: it may remain in that space, as it belongs to that context.
• Billing data: invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by tax law (generally up to 6 years).
• Minimal security logs: only for as long as strictly necessary for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Except for the above, your account and personal data are permanently deleted within a maximum of 30 days from verification of the request.
